No Breed or Size Restrictions!
There’s a lot to love about coming home to a wagging tail at the doorstep, the company, the comfort, the feeling that the day is better with them in it. Our pet-friendly apartments in Pueblo, CO are here to make room for all of it, with amenities and outdoor spaces just for the two of you. Your best pal gets to spend more time in the fresh air, whether that’s a morning at the on-site dog park or an afternoon on your own private balcony or patio. And the best part? Settling in is easy from the start.

Our Pet Policy
Moving in is exciting enough on its own, and even more so with a pet coming along. We’ve kept our pet policy guidelines simple and clear, so you’ll know exactly what to expect from life at Outlook Ridge.
Permitted Pets
- All pets are welcome at Outlook Ridge, including dogs and cats
- Maximum of two pets per apartment home
- No breed or size restrictions apply
Breed Restrictions
We think every pet deserves a warm welcome, whatever their breed or size. That’s why Outlook Ridge doesn’t set breed or weight restrictions here, so your dog or cat can feel right at home from day one.
Pet Fees & Deposits
- Refundable pet deposit: $300 per pet, one-time
- Monthly pet rent: $20 for your first pet, $15 for your second pet
- No additional non-refundable pet fees apply

- Spacious, Flexible Floor Plans: Our one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans range from 594 to 1,244 square feet, with open layouts that give pets plenty of room to move around comfortably.
